While at a high-school summer camp, the founders of Generation Heartbeat found common ground through their shared compassion for voiceless, unborn children and resolved to follow a collective call to action. GH was born in unique, God-orchestrated circumstances through the passion of five ambitious young people.

Shiloh Johnson

With a love of learning and all things literature, she wishes she could be a student her entire life but also feels compelled to engage and change her community with difficult truths about abortion, always aspiring to communicate the truth in love. She believes in the unquestionable value of unborn life, and her favorite Bible passage is Psalm chapter 139, where she finds comfort in God’s promises and His intentionality towards every human life.
